In just a few days we will begin the reconnaissance for the fourth edition of the Tunisie Challenge, which will be held from October 9 to 18, and we wish to remind you that the event will begin in Bizerte.  The city will host the verifications and be the departure point for the first stage, one of the highlights of the 2024 edition.

We will soon release more details of this Tunisie Challenge, which as usual will be full of new features, exploring new areas that we have not yet visited and with the challenge of making our adventure increasingly attractive, exciting and spectacular.

Bizerte will be the chosen starting point for the adventure, taking over from Sousse and Hammamet.  It is located about 70 km. northwest of Tunis, also on the coast.  As in previous editions, the first stage will start on the beach, in a spectacular stretch along the coast that will delight our fans.

The city has become an important commercial and fishing port, having recovered part of its importance thanks also to tourism.  Founded in the 11th century BC, it has a lot of history and the old port still retains the charm of yesteryear, with houses painted in white and blue.  The Kasbah, the old 17th century fortress, its walls and the fort of Sidi El-Heni present a beautiful architectural ensemble.  It is essential, if there is time after the preparations, to walk through its streets and soak up its history.
